Technology & Engineering

AEJaCA sTuDiO

Advanced creative fabrication studio. 3D printing, laser engraving, prototyping, and custom manufacturing, from idea to physical product.

Innovation Meets Precision

AEJaCA sTuDiO is the technical and engineering arm of the brand. We combine digital fabrication with in-house 3D modeling (Rhino, Fusion 360) - designing both organic jewelry forms and functional technical parts (parametric design, mechanical tolerances, reverse engineering). We don't just print files you upload.

Whether you need a single prototype, a small production run, or a fully customized technical solution, we start from your sketch, photo, or idea and take the project all the way from CAD model to finished product.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We accept single prototype orders as well as batch production. No minimum quantity required.

Simple projects: 1–3 days. Complex prototypes: 1–2 weeks. Batch production timelines depend on quantity.

Yes! We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and most common CAD formats. We can also design from scratch.

PLA, PETG, ABS, resin for 3D printing. Metals, wood, acrylic, glass, leather for laser work. UV and epoxy resins for casting.

Absolutely. Our team provides full CAD design services, from concept to manufacturing-ready files.

Based on technology, material, size, complexity, and quantity. We always provide a detailed quote upfront.

What binds us is the number of days written on your offer or order confirmation, counted in calendar days. As a rough guide, with materials in stock: jewelry up to 7 working days, sTuDiO 3-5 working days. Ordering material in adds 3-7 days, and components made to specification another 7-14. For an order that needs no agreeing, the clock starts at payment; for one that does, only once everything is agreed. You see the exact date and the days remaining on your own order page. That date is the planned completion: the day we finish the work and hand the parcel to the carrier or have it ready for collection, with transit counted from it. With several items in one order the longest of their times applies, because one parcel goes out.

Maker Tips & Know-How

3D Printing & Filaments

PLA, easiest to print, great for prototypes, decorative items, and models. Biodegradable but not heat-resistant (softens at ~60°C). PETG, stronger, slightly flexible, food-safe, good chemical resistance. Ideal for functional parts, enclosures, and items exposed to moisture. ABS, heat-resistant (~100°C), tough, but requires an enclosed printer (warps in drafts). Great for automotive parts, tools, and heat-exposed items.

Resin printing wins for: fine detail (miniatures, jewelry models, dental), smooth surface finish, and dimensional accuracy. Filament printing wins for: large parts, mechanical strength, faster prints, and lower material cost. Rule of thumb: if appearance and detail matter more than strength, go resin.

0.1mm, highest detail, slowest print. Use for visible decorative pieces. 0.2mm, best balance of speed and quality, good for most projects. 0.3mm, fast prints for prototypes and functional parts where looks don't matter. For SLA resin: 0.025–0.05mm gives incredible detail.

Increase wall count (3–4 walls for structural parts). Use 40–60% infill for load-bearing items (grid or gyroid pattern). Print with wider layer lines (0.5mm nozzle). For maximum strength, orient the part so layers are perpendicular to the direction of force, 3D prints are weakest between layers.

Don't print without supports for overhangs >45°. Don't ignore first-layer adhesion (use glue stick or textured PEI sheet). Don't store filament in humid conditions (especially nylon and PETG, use sealed bags with desiccant). Don't use PLA for items left in hot cars or near heat sources.
