About this service
The Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K resolves detail down to 14 micrometres, finer than a human hair. This is the technology for pieces where surface texture matters more than strength: miniatures, collectible figurines and jewelry casting patterns.
For casting we keep separate castable resins that burn out without residue. A pattern printed in such resin goes straight into investment, and after burnout it leaves a clean cavity ready for metal. We inspect this route more carefully than an ordinary print, because a fault in the pattern only shows after casting, when the metal is already spent.
Washing in isopropyl alcohol and post-curing are included, so the model arrives ready to use.
