How we make your order
Payment is the beginning. This page covers the rest of the road: what we do, in what order, when the clock starts and where you can see all of it.
Stages of work
The status is changed only by a signed message from the payment provider. Returning to the browser changes nothing, and neither does a click of ours. For a euro transfer, what counts is the moment the money clears.
Only for orders that need it: a size, a pattern, the letters on a signet, a material. The lead time does NOT run during that wait, so answering us does not eat into your date. The order page names the item we are waiting on.
Everything agreed, the order is in the workshop queue and the clock is running. Nobody has picked it up yet, and we say so rather than pretend the work is under way.
Someone has picked the order up and is working on it.
The work is done. For a shipment we pack the order, for a personal pickup we get it ready and agree a time, and for files we release the download. Your order page and our message name your own route, not every possible one.
For a shipment, the tracking number appears on the order page and in the message, with the carrier named and a tracking link. For a personal pickup we agree a time.
The last stop lights up only once we confirm the delivery or the collection. Until then the road on your order page is not closed, because a parcel put into a locker is not yet a parcel collected.
We work in the order payments arrived. Whoever paid first is served first.
The delivery date
It is the planned completion: the day we finish the work and hand the parcel to the carrier, or have it ready for collection. It is not the delivery day, because transit starts from it.
Not working days. What you see is a date, not a number to convert.
At payment, or, for an order that needs agreeing, only once everything is agreed.
The longest of their times applies, because one parcel goes out.
We record the new date together with the day we agreed it with you. It shows on your order page.
On your order page, with the days remaining. The time also appears in an offer before payment, next to the selected items.
When we write to you
At the stages that matter: when the order joins the queue and the clock starts, when someone picks it up, when it is finished and when it leaves. We do not email on every move inside the workshop, because your inbox is not our work log. The current state is always on your order page, at any hour.
Collection
Inside Poland only. You pick the locker when ordering and see it later on your order page.
Poland and abroad, per the shipping price list. Once posted you get a tracking number.
Józefosław near Warsaw, at an agreed time. There is no waybill then, because the parcel travels nowhere.
Check your order
A private link to your order page arrives by e-mail right after payment. It shows the timeline, the date, what was agreed and the tracking number.
Lost the link? Open the order page and give the number starting with AE together with the e-mail address the confirmation went to. The number alone is not enough, because the page shows your address and what you ordered.
An offer before payment works the same way, with a number starting with WY.
Questions about the process
That before we start we need something settled with you: a size, a pattern, the letters on a signet, a material. The order page names the item in question. The lead time does not run during that wait, so answering us does not eat into your date. Once agreed, we write down in one sentence what we settled on, and you see the same sentence.
Yes, at the stages that matter: when the order joins the queue and the clock starts, when someone picks it up, when it is finished and when it leaves. We do not email on every move inside the workshop, because your inbox is not our work log. The current state is always on your order page.
Open the order page and give the number together with the e-mail address the confirmation went to. The number starts with AE. The number alone is not enough, because the page shows your address and what you ordered.
If the change comes from something agreed with you, we record the new date together with the day we agreed it, and it shows on your order page. If the delay is on our side, we contact you ourselves.
However you chose when ordering: an InPost locker, a courier or personal pickup in Józefosław. Once posted, the tracking number appears on your order page and in the message. For a personal pickup we agree a time.
You get a confirmation e-mail and a private link to the status page. It shows the stage of the work and, once shipped, the tracking number. We work in the order payments arrived.
What binds us is the number of days written on your offer or order confirmation, counted in calendar days. As a rough guide, with materials in stock: jewelry up to 7 working days, sTuDiO 3-5 working days. Ordering material in adds 3-7 days, and components made to specification another 7-14. For an order that needs no agreeing, the clock starts at payment; for one that does, only once everything is agreed. You see the exact date and the days remaining on your own order page. That date is the planned completion: the day we finish the work and hand the parcel to the carrier or have it ready for collection, with transit counted from it. With several items in one order the longest of their times applies, because one parcel goes out.
