DHL Express worldwide, including the USA and Asia. Air shipments typically arrive in 5–18 business days.
Jewelry abroad
We ship jewelry abroad with Poczta Polska as a priority parcel with declared value, within Europe from €21 per parcel up to 2 kg. Insurance up to the order value is added at checkout as a separate line: this is the postal fee for the declared value, about 2% of the value of the goods. Within the European Union we ship jewelry this way up to a value of EUR 2500; above that, the options are personal pickup at the studio or transport arranged individually. Outside the EU this applies up to a value of EUR 1000. To Europe outside the EU (Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and others) jewelry worth more than EUR 1000 and up to EUR 1700 goes by FedEx courier for €104, with insurance up to the value of the goods included. Higher values, and outside Europe anything above EUR 1000, are priced individually and we send an offer with the shipping price. Within Poland jewelry travels by InPost like any other parcel.

How long does it take, and how do I know the date?+
What binds us is the number of days written on your offer or order confirmation, counted in calendar days. As a rough guide, with materials in stock: jewelry up to 7 working days, sTuDiO 3-5 working days. Ordering material in adds 3-7 days, and components made to specification another 7-14. For an order that needs no agreeing, the clock starts at payment; for one that does, only once everything is agreed. We count full days from the following day: the day of payment does not count, so the hour the money arrived takes nothing away. You see the exact date and the days remaining on your own order page. That date is the planned completion: the day we finish the work and hand the parcel to the carrier or have it ready for collection, with transit counted from it. With several items in one order the longest of their times applies, because one parcel goes out.
