About this service
The 55 W xTool P2 CO2 laser burns the design into the material, so the result is permanent and does not sit on the surface. The work area is 600 × 288 mm, and with a riser we handle longer and taller objects such as bottles or boards.
We engrave both vectors, meaning logos, lettering and patterns, and photographs, where greyscale is rendered through dot density. The second mode takes considerably more machine time, which is why the calculator asks about detail level.
Personalising a single piece carries the same setup cost as a series, so the price per piece drops noticeably on larger runs.
The price above covers labour only. You can supply your own material or order it from us, choose it in the configurator below.

How it works

SVG, PDF or a photo. We will advise what works best on the chosen material.
- 2We set the parameters
Power and speed matched to the material, so nothing scorches outside the design.
- 3Engraving and cleaning
After engraving we remove residue and check the contrast of the design.

The drawing does not change the price, the selected engraving area does. It travels to the workshop with the order.
What we engrave on
The amount above covers the engraving alone: machine time, file preparation and handling. The material the design is made on is a separate item, agreed at the production stage, because a board, a bottle and a strap are three different costs.
You may supply your own material. We would then need a sample for a material test: the same laser gives a different contrast on two boards of the same species, and an unknown plastic can release chlorine when burned.
